Jorge studied Civil Engineer and has an MBA at the ESE business school in Chile. Born in Chile in 1975, has lived the last 7 years in Northern California, USA, where he works as VP CFO of Fetzer Vineyards, known as the largest Organic grown wine producer with Bonterra wines and the largest B-Corp winery in the world.

Before he worked as Corporate Planning and Management control Director at Viña Concha y Toro in Chile and as Planning and management control partner at Southwest Consulting, Today is CFO at Dole Diversified.

A formally trained lawyer, he obtained his degree from the University of Chile. He worked for 8 years as an associate in the financing and infrastructure division at Philippi, Prietocarrizosa, Ferrero DU & Uría, the second biggest law firm in Chile. With a footprint in both Colombia and Peru. He also brings vast experience in advising Chilean and foreign companies in matters related to corporate law and M&A transactions.

From Universidad Mayor, finish his career with high honors in 2008. From 2009 onwards, independently, has been dedicated to developing more than twenty architectural projects of different scales and programs throughout Chile with the firm LAMAC Arquitectura y Construcción Ltda.

Diego Pérez is an award-winning sound designer and re-recording mixer based in Los Angeles, California. As one of the earliest investors in Patagonia Farms, he provides real-time advice from one of the most mature cannabis markets in the world. He has high knowledge in the business and corporate order, always being a successful businessman. Diego has worked on some of the most recognizable Hollywood blockbusters of our time.

A publicist from Pacífic University, and recipient from the national advertising awards, Nicolas has worked creating companies for over 10 years. Either working directly with investment funds or on his own personal projects. He has significant experience in cannabis cultivation and extraction which makes him uniquely qualified to lead Patagonia Farms.
